ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, affiliates, partners, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on 4/30/2026 at 10:00PM CST and ends on 6/1/2026 at 11:59:59PM CST (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s system is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER
1. Purchase Entry
During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants who make a purchase through the Sponsor’s website will receive entries based on the pre-tax purchase amount (excluding shipping, handling, and discounts).
Entry rate:
Every $5 spent equals 1 entry. Bonus entry promotions may be offered at the Sponsor’s discretion.
Fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. Purchasing items for the purpose of obtaining entries and subsequently returning those items will result in disqualification.
2. Free Mail-In Entry
To enter without making a purchase, entrants may submit a handwritten entry on a 3” x 5” card including:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the end of the Sweepstakes Period and received by the end of the sweepstakes period. Each mail in entry is 25 entries.
ENTRY CONDITIONS
All entries must be complete and submitted in accordance with these Official Rules. Automated entries, bulk submissions, or entries submitted by third parties are prohibited and will be disqualified.
All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
PRIZE
There will be one (1) winner.
The winner will receive:
A cash or automotive parts prize with a maximum value of up to $5,000 USD.
PRIZE STRUCTURE
The actual prize amount is not guaranteed to be $5,000 and will be determined based on total campaign performance.
The final prize value will be calculated at the sole discretion of the Sponsor based on factors including, but not limited to:
Total revenue generated during the Sweepstakes Period
Overall participation
Operational costs associated with the promotion
Under no circumstances will the prize exceed $5,000.
If the Sweepstakes does not generate sufficient participation, the Sponsor reserves the right to award a reduced prize amount that is fair and proportional to the campaign performance.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing will occur on or about 6/2/2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be notified via email, phone, or other contact information provided at the time of entry.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within three (3) business days, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
PRIZE CONDITIONS
The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.
The Sponsor may require the winner to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and IRS Form W-9 prior to awarding the prize.
The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.
PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
DISPUTES
All disputes arising out of this Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action must be brought individually and not as part of a class action.

The winner’s name will be available upon request or announced on the Sponsor’s website and/or social media channels after verification.
